Position Available: Financial Manager
Duties and Responsibilities: This position is responsible for the fiscal management and the maintenance of the accounting records for the Northwestern Foundation & Alumni Association. Individual will enter, balance and maintain fund accounting records, as well as produce regular and unscheduled reports for various meetings and individuals of the University and the Northwestern Foundation & Alumni Association. Individual will prepare for the Foundation’s annual audit and will be responsible for the management of the Foundation payroll. Individual will proactively assist in the management of all of the Foundation’s investment assets to ensure the maximum distribution of funds to the University and its students.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting or equivalent work experience in a related field preferred. Other qualifications include the ability to work with administration, faculty, staff and students in a pleasant and helpful manner and a working knowledge of the Northwestern Foundation & Alumni Association.
