Spring Alumni Reunion Banquest Registration

We look forward to you joining us for the Spring Alumni Reunion Banquet and Program on Saturday, April 25, 2026. The event begins at 6:00 p.m. in Percefull Fieldhouse. Online registration closes April 17. Please call (580) 327-8593 for further assistance. 

We have adjusted our menu pricing to reflect rising food costs, but we remain committed to serving you a high-quality, enjoyable dining experience.  

First Course Entrée 

Citrus and Berry Harvest Salad, including Spring Greens tossed with Strawberries, 

Blueberries and Mandarin Oranges. Finished with Candied Pecans and Poppyseed Dressing 

Grilled Filet Mignon* topped with Fried Onion Straws and Red Wine Demi-Glace, 

Heritage Whipped Potatoes, and Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Green Beans  

*Filet is grilled to medium doneness. 

Vegetarian Entrée 

Teriyaki Tofu, Rice Pilaf, and 

Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Green Beans 

Dessert 

 Crème Brûlée Cheesecake
