Deadline for submittal of materials is Monday, March 31. Awards will be presented during the celebration of the annual Spring Alumni Reunion on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
Qualifications
· Graduated December 2024 or will graduate spring/summer 2025
· Minimum 60 hours completed at Northwestern Oklahoma State University
· 3.5 CGPA or higher
· Have not been subject to academic or disciplinary action
Application Materials. Please note that omission of any one application requirement will disqualify you from consideration of selection.
· Cover letter. The cover letter should tell the selection committee why you believe you should receive this year’s Outstanding Senior recognition. Put your best foot forward and convince the members of the committee you deserve this honor.
· Résumé. Accomplishments during your academic journey are important to share. Your accomplishments may place you ahead of your colleagues in the selection process.
· One to three letters of recommendation. Be sure those who have agreed to support you with a letter of recommendation complete their commitment. Incomplete packets will not be accepted for consideration.
· Current photo.
· Official transcript. Packets without the official transcript will not be accepted for consideration. Contact the Office of the Registrar or visit nwosu.edu/transcript-request to request your transcript.
